Hi, I’m Stephanie.

I’ve spent more than 20 years working across operations, administration, HR, leadership, education, business development and organizational improvement.

A lot of that work came down to the same thing: figuring out where work was getting stuck, why people were duplicating effort, what kept falling back on the owner or manager, and how to build a better way of doing it.

That’s what Workwise is built around.

I’m not coming in to hand you a report full of theory. I look at how the business is actually running, where the pressure points are, what the team needs, and what can be simplified, organized or taken off your plate.

My strength is taking messy, scattered operations and turning them into something clearer, more consistent and easier to manage.
